Launched in 2011, the Adäka Cultural Festival is a spectacular gathering that includes over 200 artists and performer from all 14 First Nations along with national and international Aboriginal guest artists. For 7 days, participating artists share their creativity and their culture with audiences from around the world.

Held in downtown Whitehorse, the festival features a vibrant schedule of events that includes traditional and contemporary music, dance, drumming, storytelling, film screenings, daily artist demonstrations, 40 plus public art and traditional craft workshops, 30+ cultural presentations, an art gallery and gift shop, a community feast and more.
