Cathers Wilderness Adventures is a 2 generation family business offering year-round wilderness experiences. Located on the shore of Lake Laberge, 50 km north of Whitehorse, there is no road to our wilderness homestead. Guests arrive by dog team, snow machine, boat or canoe, according to the season. Our experience includes over 30 years of guiding and living year-round at this spectacular location and thousands of miles of travel in the Yukon wilderness - camping, guiding, sled dog racing, and hauling supplies to our home. Our trips focus on small groups or individuals and are personally guided by our family. In winter, we welcome guests for dog sledding and outstanding views of the night sky, including northern lights when they are out. In summer, we offer cabin-based stays, where you can explore the beautiful region on guided day trips by foot, canoe, or boat. Or join us for a camping trip: hiking and backpacking with pack dogs, or canoe or boat camping on the historic Yukon River.

We Also Offer: Hiking, Dogsledding, Canoeing
