Are you thinking about or planning to attend any consumer shows in 2012? If so, why not partner with members of industry and/or Tourism Yukon to build a more noticeable Yukon presence and extend the reach of your marketing!
Whether it’s sharing a booth, or simply setting up your display in the same area as another Yukoner, working together builds a strong presence and can increase the impact of your individual marketing efforts.

What are the benefits of partnering?
Partnering with fellow members of industry and/or Tourism Yukon can build a great presence at any consumer show. Last year, Tourism Yukon partnered with industry to attend a number of consumer shows, including the Edmonton Home and Garden Show. There, Tourism Yukon partnered with 3 industry members to afford a 20ft x 20ft booth – a very noticeable presence at the show which saw over 50,000 consumers! Each partner at the Edmonton Home and Garden Show also contributed to a “Discover the Yukon” prize package, that consumers could enter to win by filling out a ballot (which included contacts’ information and email addresses). Entrants who provided a mailing address on their ballot received a complimentary Yukon Vacation Planner from Tourism Yukon. Following the show, each partner received a list of the contest entries and consumers’ contact information.
