If you are arriving by air:

The following airlines are currently operating to and from the Yukon.

Please check the airline’s website for information regarding flight availability, safety protocols and traveller requirements.

Airline border control measures

In order to protect visitors and residents, when BC visitors arrive at Erik Nielsen Whitehorse International Airport (YXY), they can expect to be greeted by a Government of Yukon enforcement officer who will ensure that they are permitted to enter the Yukon. These officers ensure that all travellers coming through the Yukon’s border crossings provide information and proper evidence that they're able to enter into Yukon.

In order to protect visitors and residents, when BC visitors arrive at the Yukon via any of our border crossings, they can expect to be greeted by a Government of Yukon enforcement officer who will ensure that they are permitted to enter the Yukon. These officers ensure that all travellers coming through the Yukon’s border crossings provide information and proper evidence that they're able to enter into Yukon.

The Yukon/Alaska border is closed.

Canada and the U.S. have agreed to extend the current measures in place along our borders until July 21, keeping them closed to non-essential travel. See the Government of Canada website for updates on the Canada-U.S. border restrictions.
