Travellers arriving in the Yukon from anywhere in Canada will not have to self-isolate if they have received their 2nd dose of a Health Canada approved vaccine at least 14 full days before entering the Yukon. Children and youth will not be included in this exemption until they are able to receive the COVID-19 vaccine.

Travellers entering the Yukon from anywhere in Canada must:

  • complete a declaration form upon entry confirming their full vaccination; and
  • consent to having their vaccine status verified.

As of June 18, 2021, youth under the age of 12 do not need to self isolate if they are entering the Yukon from within Canada and are travelling with fully vaccinated parents or caregivers.

If a traveller received their vaccination in Yukon or British Columbia, they do not need to submit proof of vaccination. If a traveller received their vaccination outside of Yukon and British Columbia, they must submit proof of vaccination to immunizationverification@yukon.ca. Travellers can withdraw consent at any time by contacting 1-877-374-0425.
