Our Discovery Packages offer a reduced rate to people who are relatively new to skiing or snowboarding, or new to Mount Sima. This is a great way to learn to ski or ride and discover the mountain with one of our certified instructors.

General Policies
No refund, credit or make up day will be provided for purchasing the wrong product for any reason.
No refund, credit or make up day will be provided for participants who elect to miss camps/group lessons for any reason.
If Mount Sima is open, scheduled lesson and camp programming will go ahead. If the hill is closed due to cold weather, all lesson participants will be notified via email the morning of the lesson or camp.
Private Lessons & Discovery Packages
If you need to reschedule or cancel your lesson:
With more than 24hrs notice – lessons can be rescheduled to another date. No refunds or credits will be provided.
Within 24hrs before the start of lesson – 100% non-refundable.
Should Mt. Sima cancel a lesson for any reason (including weather, see cold weather policy below), we will make every effort to reschedule the lesson. If you are not able to attend the alternative dates, we will try to reschedule you to another group lesson or camp later in the year. If rescheduling is not possible a prorated credit for the value of the missed lessons will be applied to the purchaser’s account. No refunds will be provided.
