Watch the northern lights without turning into an icicle
As nights grow longer in the fall, spotting the northern lights becomes way more likely. And as a bonus, autumn nights are milder than the winter. So you don't need to pack that extra pair of thermal underwear.
From action packed days to mesmerizing nights
24 hours of stunning sights
When it comes to brilliant shows of colour, we can't give the northern lights all the credit. Tree canopies across the territory also display some pretty remarkable colours. Hike to the perfect viewpoint where you can really take it all in, or give them a quick glance as you kayak down a pristine river.
Get to know some of the locals
Fall is the perfect time for wildlife spotting. Most critters are in a flurry of activity as they prepare for winter. So you can spot them migrating, foraging, and getting their dens ready for a long winter's nap.
Once-in-a-lifetime flavour experiences
The Yukon has always been a place to try something new. But during the fall, that gets kicked up a notch. From wild game to fresh water fish, and even hearty mushrooms and berries. We don't blame you if you can't pick a favourite meal.
Fall's got it all. See for yourself.
