Book your trip to the Yukon
Your adventure is waiting—and we’ve got answers to all your questions…
Getting to the Yukon is easy
Trust us, if the Yukon was at the end of the world, we’d definitely be adding that to our slogan—but it’s actually a lot closer than you’d imagine, even for Ontarians and Eastern Canadians. Think of it like this: If the rest of Canada was a family home, then the Yukon would be that super-cool big sister’s attic bedroom that you’ve only caught glimpses of. Starting to sound a little less like a fur trading outpost? Good. Fact is, the Yukon is out there, but not out there out there.
Come to the Yukon year ‘round
Every season there’s a reason to visit.
Minus 50 happens sometimes. But the truth is, we have four very distinct seasons: There’s fall and winter, when you'll find us snowshoeing, dog sledding and fat biking under the Aurora Borealis—a light show that puts Berlin nightclubs to shame. Then, there’s the spring and summer, when you’ll find us hiking, biking, camping and rafting until the sun goes down—which is really saying something, since the days this far north are crazy-long (sometimes, the sun doesn’t set at all). What can we say? Bring your toque. Bring your sunscreen.
