Standard Rate:

$365 a night for 1- 4 guests occupying existing bedding* 

3 night minimum stay

Peak Season Rate:

May 15th  – September 15th 

$425 a night for 1- 4 guests occupying existing bedding* 

5 night minimum stay

Holiday Rate:

Christmas Rates Between December 19, 2022 – January 3, 2023

*Rate is based on 4 guests occupying 2 queen beds; if alternative sleeping arrangements are required sofa bed bedding can be provided for a one time charge of $25 to accommodate guest’s sleeping arrangements

Additional guests are $50 per person/night

All bookings are subject to a one time $125 cleaning fee

All charges are in Canadian currency

Payment Terms:

A deposit equal to 50% of the total booking will be charged at time of reservation.

Remaining balance will be charged 14 days prior to check in.
