The Lodge was Dawson City's highest rated accommodation by Google, Booking.com and Expedia in 2022 and 2023. The new spa will include an outside swim spa, hot tub and sauna for Northern Lights viewing as well as indoor sauna, steam room and sensory deprivation tank. Services include massage, acupuncture, advanced aesthetics and holistic therapies. Packages are also available that include Northern Lights tours, Tombstone Territorial Park tours, historical and cultural tours in the Tr'ondëk-Klondike UNESCO World Heritage Site. These premium, once in a lifetime winter adventure packages are limited to just 12 guests per tour.
