The Yukon has 6 VICs where you can get answers and guidance, in person. The VICs also feature local artwork, exhibits and community events.

Visitors can obtain a free 3-day parking pass here. This allows visitors to park at parking meters for free for up to three days. Vehicles bearing non-Yukon license plates are subject to the same parking regulations as Yukon residents pursuant to the City of Whitehorse Traffic By-law.
May 1 to September 30: Open daily from 8 am - 8 pm
October 1 to April 30: Open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 5 pm; Saturdays from 10 am - 2 pm; Closed on statutory holidays. Open December 26 & January 1, 2024 from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
