Welcome to the Squatch Bus — a converted American school bus turned winter-ready cabin on wheels. With a woodstove burning, diesel heat, gear drying systems, a gear trailer, and even a mobile sauna setup, this is ski bum culture Yukon-style.

Each morning we roll out into the legendary Haines Pass region, exploring the wild mountains surrounding Tatshenshini-Alsek Provincial Park on the border of Yukon and northern British Columbia. With endless touring possibilities, huge alpine terrain, and constantly changing conditions, no two days are ever the same.

Led by ACMG-certified ski guides, you’ll not only ski incredible terrain, but also build confidence moving through the winter backcountry. This is adventure + education combined — the kind of experience that turns skiers into true mountain people.

And after a full day in the mountains, we return to basecamp for good food, firelight, sauna steam, and stories swapped around the bus.
